Making The Arts Accessible For Youth: PuSh Youth Passport
This year, the PuSh Festival is launching a new program aimed at increasing access to the arts for Vancouver’s youth. For 16-to-24-year olds, the PuSh Festival Youth Passport will include up to six eligible festival performances available for $5 each.
The inspiration for this new initiative comes from PuSh’s own Youth Program Coordinator, Dave Deveau. Having experienced and benefitted from a similar program while attending theatre school in Toronto, Dave’s passion for introducing young people to the performing arts shines through in his interview with the PuSh blog.
