Have you ever noticed a clear, numbered sticker on your Modo? It’s there because a member let us know about damage to the vehicle.
Our fleet team is dedicated to keeping our vehicles in tip-top shape, but we know damage can sometimes happen.

Our Damage Pool and CLDI insurance options can ensure you’re 100% protected for most incidents, but remember: we need your help to manage the damage!
So be sure to report any scrapes, dents, stains or other damage you find that hasn’t been stickered. The two best ways to file a report:
1. Email us at report(at)modo(dot)coop, subject: “Damage to Car #___”. Including photos is especially helpful.
2. In the Vehicle Notes section of the booking screen (on desktop and mobile), enter details about the damage.
