Driving Record
Request your driving record from the last 2 years from your local licensing authority. If the record is not in English, have it translated by an ICBC-approved translator.
Some authorities charge a fee, this is not reimbursed by Modo.

Can't get your record?
You can still join as a Modo Plus member by submitting a Member Eligibility Declaration (MED).
Print and fill it out by hand.
Take a clear photo of your licence + a photo of you holding the licence.
No photo on licence? Also include photo ID and a photo of you holding it.
Scan all documents into one PDF.
Email to: info@modo.coop
We’ll review your documents and assign your membership number.Pay your $500 redeemable share via bill payment.

Register online
Dot your Is, cross your Ts, request your driving record from the past two years (instructions provided during sign up after submitting your info) and submit your application!

Get driving!
Once your application is approved, you’ll get a membership number and your key fob will be mailed to the address you have on file with ICBC.
