- Manage digital marketing budgets and forecast ROI to ensure efficient and effective spending across channels.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends, tools, and techniques, looking for the next growth lever.
- Support company-wide goals and pitch in when necessary to achieve large team projects.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with proven success in both B2C and B2B (or D2C) environments.
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webflow, Adobe).
- Solid grasp of SEO, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and user insights to drive decision-making and iterate on campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology, user behavior, and product-led growth principles.
