Modo Community Pass

To be eligible for a Modo Community Pass, you must meet these conditions:

‍Have an active BC drivers Licence.‍

If you have a licence issued outside BC, you can provide Modo with your driving record for the past two years from your non-BC licence issuer (translated by an ICBC-approved translator if not in English). Visit ICBC’s website for more information on moving to BC with a foreign licence or contact your local embassy to find out how to obtain your driving records and/or history from outside Canada. Please note, some issuers may charge a fee to obtain your records which Modo does not reimburse.

If you can’t obtain your driving documentation from the non-BC licence issuer, you are not eligible for Modo Community Pass.

You work in a participating building	Recent letter of employment
