How can I register my Compass Card on my account?

Log into the Modo app.

Go to Account > Link Compass Card.

Enter your 20-digit Compass Card number.

Tap Save.

Look for the confirmation message to make sure your Compass Card was successfully linked.

Can I use the same Compass Card for Mobi, Modo and TransLink?

Yes.

What do I need to know about using my Compass Card to access Modo?

You must abide by both Modo and TransLink’s rules.

To access your Modo vehicle with your Compass Card, tap it on the fob reader the same way you would with your Modo fob to unlock and lock the vehicle throughout your trip.

What if I lose or damage my Compass Card?

In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged Compass Card, please delete that Compass Card from your Modo account on the app. Once you report and receive a new Compass Card from TransLink, you can add a new Compass Card to your Modo account in the app.

Members who use a TransLink Compass Card as a Modo access token are also bound by the applicable TransLink Compass Card Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time. Use of a Compass Card with Modo constitutes acceptance of those terms.

How do I delete my Compass Card on my account?

Log into the Modo app.

Go to Account > Link Compass Card.

Tap Remove Card.

Tap OK in the pop-up message to confirm that you'd like to remove your linked Compass Card.

Look for the confirmation message to make sure your Compass Card was successfully removed.

How do I update my Compass Card number?

Log into the Modo app.

Go to Account > Link Compass Card.

Tap Update.

Tap Save.

Look for the confirmation message to make sure your Compass Card was successfully updated.

Can I pay for Modo using my Compass Card?

No, Compass will not be an approved payment system for Modo trips.
