How do I add a driver to my business account?

  1. Log in to your company’s Modo account
  2. Go to MY ACCOUNT > Settings > Drivers
  3. In the “Send online registration code” section, type in email addresses for those at your organization that you’d like to add to your account.
  4. Need to add more than two email addresses? Just click the Add button to create more spots for you to type in email addresses.
  5. Click the “Send Invites” button to send the invitation emails to the recipients. This will email each of them instructions on how to sign up as a business driver along with a registration code. The registration code is valid for 14 days from the date it is sent. If you need to send a new code, repeat step three above. Once this is done, an email will go to your driver with full instructions with a link to the online booking page and a confirmation of your request will show on the Drivers tab of your account.If you have a fob to assign them, send us the number on the back of the fob, and the colour of the sticker on the front of the fob, so we can assign it to the driver.
