How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking using the same method that you used to book the vehicle.

  • There’s no charge for cancelling your booking with more than 12 hours notice.
  • If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the original booking cost.
  • If you don’t show up, you’ll be charged 100% of the original booking cost. This charge is in place to keep the carsharing system fair and functional ensuring vehicles are available for other members to book.
  • If you finish a trip early and have more than 15 minutes remaining, you can end your booking early via the mobile app, by logging in online or by giving us a call. We reimburse 50% of the remaining booking cost. If another member books the vehicle during the time you’ve freed up, your cancellation charge drops to zero.
