I lost or found an item in a Modo vehicle. How do I contact lost and found?
If you realize after the booking has ended that you left something in the vehicle, make a new 30-minute booking and retrieve your goods.
- The booking should not be longer than 30 min
- The booking should have a start time no more than 15 min into future
- Don't turn on ignition or move car in any way. If you do, it will be treated like a regular booking and you will incur a usage fee.
If you find someone else’s belongings in the vehicle, let us know and leave the items there. The owner will be able to collect them after your booking is completed.
