How do I end my booking?

Once you're finished your trip, end your booking through the app.

At the end of every booking, please make sure to follow these steps:

  1. Return the vehicle on time. You can check the exact time on your mobile phone.
  2. Return the vehicle to its home location. If unavailable, park the vehicle in an unrestricted spot as close to the home location as possible and call us immediately
  3. Tidy up the interior and exterior of the vehicle and remove all your personal belongings.
  4. Make sure the gas tank is at least ¼ full. If you're using an electric vehicle, make sure the range is not less than 30 km and plug in the EV in its charger.
  5. Check for any damages inside and outside and report them through the app or by emailing info@modo.coop.
  6. Ensure that the key and fuel card are in their respective pouches.
  7. Lock all doors, including the back hatch.
  8. Fob out to properly secure the vehicle. Do not use the vehicle's power locks or key.
